Introduction

The International Center of Indianapolis serves as an invaluable resource to employees and human resources departments dealing with international relocation issues. We offer destination programs that help companies and employees find their way, whether it involves moving from Zurich to Zionsville – or from Carmel to Cairo.

ICI strives to create a community that embraces and values people from diverse backgrounds. ICI offers programs such as cultural training, pre-departure training and repatriation training to help American employees work better with their international counterparts.  ICI staff demonstrates uncompromising readiness to assist anyone facing personal cultural challenges.  

Our relocation and training programs respond to the complex needs of newcomers who are adjusting to life in the Greater Indianapolis region, Indiana residents preparing for an assignment abroad or individuals finding themselves in a diverse setting right here in Indianapolis.
