International Guide
Three editions of the “International Guide to Indianapolis: Passport to Our World Class Region” are available—all English language, English-Spanish and English-French version. This resource includes all information contained in the Spanish version of the guide, La Guia de la Ciudad de Indianapolis y sus Alrededores plus updated listings and references sources.
The International Guide contains an expanded section on the growing international dimension of our community—a map illustrating growth in immigration and a “pull-out” section on resources important to newcomers from around the world. It also features a “business case” for relocation to central Indiana, an overview of major industries and the life science industry, and resources for business and potential employees. Another new feature provides data about Indiana as a destination for leisure and business travel, and resources for tourists, visitors and travelers.
Target markets for the guide include:
- Indiana companies and organizations that recruit and relocate employees of diverse backgrounds
- Newcomers who will want access to resources for living and working in central Indiana
- Area residents and organizations who wish to provide assistance on specific issues important to domestic/international visitors or newcomers
Special thanks to The Indianapolis Foundation, an affiliate of the Central Indiana Community Foundation, for generous lead sponsorship of this publication.
